These nutty-tasting seeds offer a wealth of nutrition while satisfying hunger. As a good source of Vitamin E, sunflower seeds help reduce the risk of certain cancers and cardiovascular disease. Sunflower seeds also have magnesium and selenium and, among nuts and seeds that are considered snacks, are the richest in phytosterols, which reduce blood levels of cholesterol and boost the immune system.

Versatile, Convenient, Addictive
Saw these first in grocery store... tried them, and they were fresh, crispy, with just the right amount of salt. They're great for salads, midnight snack, break time at work. Hard to stop eating them, but they're good for you, so who cares. The store would often be out of them, so I went looking on-line. Glad I did because at $1.95/lb ($1.60/lb if you buy 5 lbs) they're a steal.
