Decaf Vanilla Cream Coffee
I used to be able to purchase 4 lbs of coffee to get free shipping. I see that your shipping has increased so that I now would have to purchase 5 lbs of coffee to get the free shipping. I'm the only person in my home that drinks decaf so I don't think I'll purchase again after this last order. I actually ordered a random pkg of nuts to make the $45 because I really don't want to have 5 lbs of coffee sitting around. Also, one of the inner (brown) bags was split at the bottom and coffee was all throughout the clear plastic bag and I notified the company. I received an email asking if I'd like a refund for that coffee. I said that I would like a refund. That was on the 9th and I just checked my PayPal acct. and my bank acct. and did not see the refund. Melanie Franz

Great tasting coffee
I really enjoy vanilla flavored coffee and it's difficult to find. Other places that I've searched for over the years had only French vanilla or hazelnut flavored. Those two flavors do taste good but they leave a nasty aftertaste in one's mouth. Howe's Coffee is very flavorful. They respond immediately and my order arrives promptly within a few days.

Great tasting coffee
I have been ordering my coffee from George Howe for a few years now. I'm absolutely satisfied with their coffee. It's extremely easy to order online from their site. I always get the Vanilla Decaf, ground. It's difficult to find vanilla flavored coffee. You can find Hazelnut or French Vanilla, but I prefer Vanilla. I find that the other two flavors leave a slightly bitter after taste. All in all, ordering is very easy. I receive my product within a few days and am always satisfied. I've never had a problem with this company or their products.
