remade the pereils...separate the pretzls
My mistake for not scrolling enough to see the warm water alert and the purchase of polar pack...is there any way you can catch it if the customer happens to miss it...I'm sure I would have purchased polar pack! We reeled the chocolate and used a fruit scoop to make the pereils, so nothing was lost...got the Halloween pretzels separated ok! I won't miss it again, but would it be too much to ask to flag a warm area and advise a customer just in case they happen to miss the disclaimer? We have always enjoyed your products!!
