I have searched all over looking for the best buttermints! I have finally found them here! These melt in your mouth as "true buttermints" should (hence the "butter" in butter mint)! I have missed the old Vernell's buttermints for years. Then I read a review of another brand on Amazon that mentioned Howes was the best. So I had to find out. It's true, these are the best available!! They are buttery, melt in your mouth, that tiny tang of salt....PERFECT!!! Yummy!!

These buttermints are hard to describe. They are slightly larger than a typical after-dinner mint. When you first pop one into your mouth, you get this sweet, faintly buttery taste and before you can think "Hey, that tastes like butter!", it begins to melt and taste just like an after-dinner mint. I am not a very mint-loving person and I love these!
